My Mission
“Give a man a fish and he’ll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he’ll eat forever.” But one needs to eat while learning or transitioning. If someone is hungry or missing a roof over their head it will be difficult to make that transition to self-sustainability. All profits from Miscible Spirits Consulting will be donated to 501(c)(3) organizations supporting food security and affordable housing.
Who Am I?
My name is Pete and if it is fermented and then distilled, I want to try it! I love the variety of scents and flavors that can be created from the base materials, processing methods, and added natural flavors. I love the challenge of identifying those scents and flavors in a blind tasting, and its best in a convivial group setting. No pretention, just fun and exploration!
